Work from roam. I like the term. Once kiddo doesn’t distract me 1000 times a day I may just do that too.

Overnight minimums are getting lower the next couple of nights. Topped up the diesel heater the other day. Bit pissed as bought it last year thinking we would save on heating costs this year & then they put prices up. Have to work out if cheaper to run the electricity or diesel.

Looking at my budget & noticed a budget from March 2023. I budgeted $140 back then for groceries. Now I’m lucky to get it under $280 most weeks. Almost doubled in 3 years. Back then I had a 6 month old. Now a 3.5 year old.

Australia is running out of fuel in some locations. The Philippines has declared a national emergency because they have 44 days fuel remaining. New Zealand has fewer days fuel remaining than the Philippines but our government doesn't appear at all concerned.

Just did a ‘wish list’ first draft of my grocery list. This is the one where I put what I would like to get this week then start to cull it from there. Now this isn’t over the top stockpiling just wishful stocking up of the pantry & kid stuff etc $374 before cull! FFS!

@LisaLemon09 If America is at war (either externally or internally, think Minnesota and ICE) when his time is up, he can remain in power until he decides things are stable/safe enough for ellections to take place. His term could go on for quite some time if he engineers it the right way.

Knowing Trump can’t serve again after this term I wonder how many world leaders will push back on him if this war starts impacting their own nations too long? Will allegiances be temporary broken knowing they could be rebuilt with future administrations?

Might have to stockpile some steak soon when it dives in cost. Least if we can’t drive anywhere we can eat well.

Wow. 6 petrol stations between me and the airport have U91. Only 6. There are 6 stations within throwing distance of my house.

You really notice the difference in our forward line when Tex doesn’t play. Sign him for another year now! Haha

For them to only win by 8 points is interesting when you think we have had a short week & have a handful of quality players out & it’s their home game. It’s 4 points but a bit embarrassing for them.

How are they noticing who’s on the fucking bench if they are putting 100% into the game? Get a runner out if you want someone off and if they don’t come off don’t play them next week as a natural consequence of refusal.
