I met with @LivesRobbed, a group led by families who lost their loved ones in the deadly shooting in Uvalde, Texas at Robb Elementary. I’m grateful for their efforts, and am committed to supporting school safety legislation to protect our kids from these horrific tragedies.

Thanksgiving has never been the same since my son Jordan was ripped away from me. And this year, Thanksgiving also falls on the 11th anniversary of his shooting. Each holiday I celebrate without my son, I'm reminded of why I fight in the first place. We will end gun violence.

Friday is 1&1/2 years since the Robb Elementary mass shooting. Families of the angels I’ve spoken with say they have yet to receive answers about when the investigation will be complete. + So, we went to go see for ourselves if they will be getting answers soon.

Spent a summer day advocating for the reinstatement of the Assault Weapons Ban on behalf of @momsdemand and @LivesRobbed. Visited over 100 offices of members of Congress!!

Whether or not you agree with what we are fighting for or not, throwing away a pamphlet of a mother fighting to honor her child who was gunned down and murdered in her classroom is beyond fucking disgusting.
