This is the first time I’ve watched an inauguration, and certainly the first time I’ve been so invested. We are watching earth shattering history in the making. For those who have woken up to the mass corruption in our very own government, this is our chance to be a part of the monumental shift that starts today. To be on the right side of history. Although many have suffered, been silenced, attacked, belittled, and unlawfully prosecuted, without the past 4 years, most of us would still be blissfully unaware of the darkness hiding in plain sight. Many are still chained to the hate and fear years of propaganda has caused. At some point, we have all been guilty of believing those in power had our best interest at heart. Their awakening will be harder than ours. Let us not judge them, or treat them the way we have been treated. Lead with grace and character, friends.
