this one is prob pyroar cuz of vinnie is prob related to lysandre and the rug is an islamic prayer rug, in which lions do have some symbolism. But i wouldnt be surprised if drampa became some sort of religious monk in its mega and it was just vinnie's ace

If you thought Feraligatr had deep design inspirations…Mega Eelektross might take the cake. Here’s all I could find so far: Eelektross is inspired by a few different fish and eel,but it’s mega leans hard into it being a hagfish. Which is a sort of eel that creates insane amounts of slime with its mucus. Its Pokédex entry states that all the white on its body,or “it’s false Eelektrik”, are made of mucus. On top of that it gains the same dotted line pattern down its main body that a hagfish has! Speaking of the false Eelektrik- they are here because MANY Megas call back to their previous stages/forms, BUT ALSO since this is the signature pokemon line of the celebrity Canari, Eelektross gaining multiple bodies is meant to represent (Canari having) many fans/followers. Like it’s not just one fan- it’s 3 now! This is also seen in the sheer amount of her human fanatics and their pokemon being a bunch of Eelektrik too. Eelektross has notoriously had the ability levitate, which is long thought to be because of its electric energy, but also because it could be based off of Japanese fish kites/streamers… and now it’s certain IMO. With the added false Eelektrik almost directly parallel to each other, and them all looking like they’re constantly floating through the wind, I think they are meant to resemble fish kites. Then of course false Eelektrik’s TEETH open and close to form a + and - sign. These Eelektrik probably pass electricity to each other through the arms that look like wires and into the main body. So Eelektross is essentially a power conductor. This is probably why it now generates 10x the electricity that it did before- And is probably also why it now has power surging patterns and bulging eyes- it can barely contain all its power Lastly, this is a more loose connection but this design may have intentionally been made to represent an airplane too. Between Eelektross’s ability to fly(levitate), the two new heads on its side that look like the 2 side engine/turbines on a plane, and the new dotted pattern lined down its body looking like the windows lined down the side of a plane, this inspiration seems very plausible to me too! A truly inspired design, especially for a MEGA!?
