This may be an ultimatum. If I don't get hired with the job I'm planning to apply for, I'm gonna get back in the kitchen.

Getting back in the kitchen most definitely won't pay me (yet) to the point I want to, but at least I get some creative outlet to deal with. I hope it works.

Kinda crazy but ever since I took a break all the chefs I'm looking up to did some of the stuff I/we made before and if that wasn't validation that I was going the right path then I don't know what is.

Taking my mom to a psychiatrist today :fuckingfinally: god I'm so nervous about what will happen but I'm also relieved because we're finally going after a year

If I ever make it within this year or get to something stable I'm really considering to get counseling or therapy This shit is taking its toll on me
