Great spot to back Bub without CJ obviously as he was apart of the trade with Trae Young… We saw towards the end of the season last year Bub be a big playmaker for this young Wizards team. Should see that again here with him in the starting lineup. He finished the season going over this line in 10/12 games. Last game he started for CJ against the Sixers and had 7 ASSISTS on 71 passes made, the 2nd most he’d had all year long. He played 40 minutes. With 60+ passes, he has had 9, 8, 5 and 7 assists this season. Now faces the Pelicans who are allowing the 2nd MOST assists overall this season and the MOST to PGs. They are bottom-10 in points allowed in Transition(30th) and to Spot Ups (21st). He gets 66% of his assists in both the RA and ATB. The Pelicans are Bottom-4 in assists allowed in both areas. When Bub has faced defenses who are Bottom-12 in assists allowed and plays more than 26 minutes, he is over this line in 4/5 games this season, averaging 8.0 assists.
