A total of 8 suspects and 1 missing person located for @gwentpolice on the late shift by St Athan and Exeter crews. Good to work with @gpdogsection @gpoperations @Longtownmrt @GPNewport during the shift. ^JS

15 hour callout last night along with @AberdeenMRT to rescue 3 climbers from Mitre Ridge, Beinn a’ Bhuird. 🚁 supported initially but due to cloud rescue went technical and resolved by team not off hill on foot till late morning. 😴 @ScottishMR

A day training is never wasted.

Absolute stunner of a day yesterday at @Longtownmrt #BBMC2023. It's a rare group (well, 1,000) of people we get to share the day with who make the event so enjoyable for everyone.

Yesterday I completed the hardest physical challenge to date. 30.33 miles through the black mountain range. A great day with great company…thank youAdelaide, Catherine and Will for getting me up the hills! Thanks to to @Longtownmrt for organising such a great event.
