I looked up the credentials needed to be a CNA (a.k.a certified nursing assistant) and it’s just a quick online course. I assumed you would need a high degree of training and education before being given that much power over the lives of vulnerable people. They just slapped a fancy title over essentially people who have no formal training on dealing with behavioral health patients. It’s just aunty up in here bullying tf out of these people and getting paid for it.
