@HUSSIENFCB2 He’s recovering. I like him a lot too, but after watching Fernandez Pardo, he has overtaken Fofana on the list for me. I won’t be mad at all if we end up with Fofana, but Fernandez is just special.

It is deeply discouraging to see your hard work stolen. I created this as a hobbyist to help the analytics community. Here is my original repository(github.com/adnaaan433/Pos…), you'll be shocked to see, he even copied each and every #comments of my code
Mohammad Adnan@adnaaan433

This guy copied my whole code line to line and uploaded in his GitHub, sharing as his own work in LinkedIn. When I called out he blocked me! This is shameful, he works in a football club! I always believed in the power of sharing, I never wanted credit but this crossed the line.

The lawyer for the Fourth Estate clearly isn't addressing the concerns raised about their conduct. No one has claimed that the Fourth Estate should have audited the AuG report before it was published. That would certainly be unreasonable. The issue is that the AuG report revealed Mr. Kpodo received payments exceeding what he should have received. The report did not accuse him of fraud. Why? Because there could be a reasonable explanation for why that happened. Even if it involved “fraud”, there's a possibility that Mr. Kpodo was unaware of it. Therefore, the AuG did not jump to that conclusion. The report was published and publicly accessible. A media outlet picked up this already public report and falsely advertised that it was about to reveal a scandal. They later released their own so-called "scandal” titled “payroll fraud”, accusing Mr. Kpodo of fraudulently obtaining the stated amount. The Fourth Estate reached the conclusion of “payroll fraud" independently of the AuG report. They cannot hide behind the excuse of simply reporting on the official AuG document. Likewise, they are being disingenuous when they claim they were not expected to audit the AuG report; no one ever placed that expectation on them. They could have reported without drawing conclusions.

Kpodo v Fourth Estate: To suggest that a media house such as the Fourth Estate must audit the Auditor-General is a legal absurdity—Lawyers for Fourth Estate

He’s in that Vlahovic and Lewa mould. If you can sign both Alvaro Rodriguez and Carlos Espi, you do it without hesitation.
Spencer Mossman@fc_mossman

📊🇪🇸 Carlos Espí, data report ➡️ definitely a targetman, potentially a prolific marksman too + WAY too early of a sample size to certify anything, but has the makings of a real marksman... finds a high variety of shots; from outside the box in transition to a high density in the ST green zone from open play (the area that extends from the outside of the 6 yard box to the penalty area, where you will find the best combination of high xG chances that are outside of the keeper's realm to disrupt with a claim) to headers from set pieces + also still too early to really accept as truth but his conversion is excellent; high shot on target rate, 8 goals and 4.69 xGOT from 3.56 npxG is pretty sweet + big targetman traits too - a plus in the air (especially for his age), which makes sense at his height, high rate of passes attempted that go forwards + high rate of passes received that are long balls generally indicates a fwd that wins the ball high up the pitch and is capable of holding up play until runners arrive around him + pretty strong oop work rate too, kind of Levante-driven, but also partly his doing - not much of a creator... dominates touches in the box but also dominates shots; when he gets the ball in a danger area he's looking to shoot always, which is a good trait for a goal-hungry ST, but also means you'll end up with instances of finishing moves w/ lower xG than was available - gets into lots of duels offensively (targetman behavior), and draws a lot of fouls, but isn't much of a dribbler and wins almost exclusively with physicality which limits his effectiveness long term 💬 He's probably been better than Etta Eyong since he took over as the main man up front for Levante. Even if Eyong's benching was related to his transfer rejection of a move to Russia, Espí's performance has merited his continued minutes. Some of this comps are quite interesting, you get a range of big Spanish targetmen like Rafa Mir and Juanmi Latasa, but also some winners like Dusan Vlahovic (who I don't think I rate as high as others, but this is still a big win of an outcome for a young ST). Where will he fall on this spectrum? Time will tell, but this is the archetype of player we're looking at.

Not flashy names, but these raise the floor considerably, improving depth and quality. Fernandez-Pardo (LW, RW, CF, SS) Grimaldo (LB) Pau Navarro (RCB, RB) Adrian Bernabe (CM, DM, AM) Alvaro Rodriguez (CF)

Watching Olmo yesterday left me with a feeling of disgust I haven’t felt in a while. Leader of the attack goes down, what does the €60m signing do? Ghost. Almost 28 and he still isn’t someone you can rely on, and he’s not the leader we need either. What is he even good for?
