It's been a good year of training. This is the most consistent and enjoyable period of training. Previously I'd care more about bulking but now that I'm training to be lean and fit, I am thoroughly enjoying it.

I agree. The way alcoholism has become fashionable bother's me too and I think we are still going to see uncontrollable levels with the younger generations.

The ANC broke down all the black rural/township schools. There is nothing left what the ANC can do to get the black youth out of there miserable hopelessness. But, now they wants to occupy the good Afrikaans schools that were built by Afrikaans communities, by the Bela Bill.
