you're never meant to feel bad for Jax at that moment. He's a full on asshole at that moment. The whole point is that it's the consequences of not reaching out for help and not ASPIRING to be a better person. he became distant, he started to hate himself and everyone around him and it caused him to alienate all his friends. and it got worse the further he went. i really do not get why you guys treat Jax like he's a real person.
