Yesterday we said goodbye to our wonderful Staff Nurse Chloe, she has been with us since qualifying six years ago, it is a huge loss for our little unit however we wish her nothing but happiness and success as she starts her adventures down under. Good luck Chloe 💕

@LTHRecognition One of our senior HCA's Amber has recently been awarded a butterfly from the bereavement and donation team for her excellent care and compassion for patients and their families at the end of their lives. Well done Amber.

MAU has been up to lots of things since we last posted, one of the most exciting is the weekly visits from therapy dog Riggs and his owner, keeping spirits high, patients and staff alike 💖

Our staff have been collecting over the festive season for those who are less fortunate than themselves. Today, Liz, Lorraine, and Lilly kindly took donations to Living Waters food bank in Chorley. We hope this can be distributed to families and people who are struggling.
