@MBlebea 1914. Kingdom of Serbia was attacked by A-H, 1941. Yugoslavia was attacked by all of their neighbors (except Romania and Greece), 1999. FR Yugoslavia was attacked by NATO. 1992-1995. There was a civil war, but neither Croatia, nor FR Yu, nor B&H were officially at war.

In 1945 it took nearly one million Soviet troops to take the city of Berlin which was roughly the size of Kyiv today. It is estimated that Russia invaded Ukraine with 150,000+ troops and has suffered upward of five to six thousand casualties. This is going to end bad for Russia.

@MBlebea @mohdshahnawazk2 In 1992, Yugoslavia disintegrated, FR Yugoslavia (Serbia & Montenegro) did not participate directly in the war. The war was between the Croatian army and Croatian Serbs in Croatia.And between Herzegovinian Croats and Bosnian Muslims,and Bosnian Serbs and Bosnian Muslims in B&H.

As Ukraine was getting ready for the 14th night of the war, Russia hit the town of Malyn in Zhytomyr region, destroying 7 private houses, killing, among others, two babies born in 2021. This is impossible to hear, read or write. But here we are.

Just saw that Russian gymnast Ivan Kuliak wore 'Z' symbol at the World Cup in Doha yesterday to show his support for the war in Ukraine. Can't think of a more disgusting thing to do and a better reason to ban Russia from sporting events altogether instead of current half measures
