@MCD881 that bench is at around 60' angle, it was set for bicep dumbbell preacher curls, I had to create the proper angle for a proper incline press

those are 30kg round head dumbbells, it supposed to touch your chest at least for it to be a proper weight for better results, this is how it supposed to look.
