"It's going to benefit so many of our patients." An appeal to build a cinema for hospital patients in Manchester has reached a milestone of over half a million pounds. The Manchester MediCinema Appeal aims to transform an unused lecture theatre at @MFT_MRI into a 50 seat cinema by raising £1.1m. Donna O'Reilly from @MFT_Charity told That's TV it will serve as an escape from life on the hospital ward.

Clint Duffy set out to support our @RMCHosp by taking on a massive challenge - summiting Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in the Alps! He turned that incredible undertaking into a whole year's worth of challenges and raised £1,390 for our young patients 👏
