@jamesidmusic I think You would have to use Fx send then select the Fx sends to bounce along with the individual but I think that would only apply to reverbs an delays because compression/distortion an things like that would only be parallel
Only other thing to do is solo each one an bounce
@MIKEDISCALA hey man I feel like you’re the only one who can answer this since you use bitwig. If I have fx on a drum group and then I want to export all my individual drum stems, they don’t export with the master group FX on them. Any idea how to fix that? Thanks
I don’t know what is happening to me but I can’t enjoy the majority of the music I used to like at the moment. I currently gravitate towards very minimalistic music and find early dubstep particularly soothing
@MIKEDISCALA my big problem with headphone mixing (apart from the stereo thing and the mad itchy ears from all day mixing) is not being able to set a normal listening level (the normal level of the human voice) and stop myself from turning things up. Maybe that happens with time?
Av finally figured out a formula for mixing down in headphones whiles being on the road an the last 6 records have come out absolulty spot on….. I feel like crying 😭😭🤣🤣
@Herling_Eng I do this sometimes av got app on me phone I don’t think it’s perfect but will let you keep an eye on the level ruff so ya not smashing your ears up
@Herling_Eng Hold your headphones out and turn on your decibel meter. Place the decibel meter mic directly to the inner part of one of your headphones' earcups. The decibel meter should show the current dB on its LED screen. Adjust the device volume manually until it remains below 85dB.
@MIKEDISCALA I always thought if you have to mix on the road, use a track you know super well, that sounds similar, tried and tested many times.. and A/B with the project you are working on, straight away you will notice what’s missing and tweak accordingly
