We have adapted the #foodcomputer project from @MITOpenAg to European standards and replaced the original microcomputer by a #M5stack and its sensors and it's now installed in a French school and helps children learn how to grow plants.

The #OpenAgMx initiative began in 2015, with the first CityFarm laboratory prototype, designed by @calebgrowsfood. Today it has its own prototype designed in Mexico And it houses the #OpenAgCommunityMx We are glad to remember the history of this incredible project.

Upgrades happening @MITOpenAg 1. New prototype boards! - top is old #pfcedu and bottom is new one — smaller form factor, more integrated components, led status indicators, hard reset switch for WiFi, now using @MyRasberrypi, more sensors! 2. Our chassis 42 piece down to 32!
