Remove Rice from Arsenal. And Arsenal are no longer 1st or on for the quadruple. Remove Bruno from United. And United are still out of every competition in September with nothing to play for. If individual impact is your metric. Rice absolutely clears him.

Saliba has been the best CB in the world for 3 years. History will be kind to him despite the anti Arsenal agenda. But Arsenal must start winning titles to help him solidify his place at the top however.
