@MattSakR2NG @WildcatsTongue Were the biggest fanbase in the country. If we keep the percentages the same we’ll have 10,000 negative fans compared to 1000 at other schools. But with our standard, I’m willing to bet our ratio is a lot higher than that.

@RoushKSR Yes but we have the biggest fan base. Even if the same percentage of fans is toxic that’s like 10,000 people screaming at you verses 1,000 people screaming at you.

Hearing that both Mark Pope and John Calipari have privately vented that UK’s fanbase has negatively affected recruiting since 2020. Other schools use the fanbase and the negativity against UK and it has cost multiple elite recruits.

@skobuffss @ncaatapes I’m not normally a Cal defender but in this case Quade was a MUCH higher rated recruit and when Cal mentioned starting Shai early in the season he got blasted.
