In September 2020, 19-year-old Angel Lynn was abducted by her boyfriend, Chay Bowskill, following an argument in Mountsorrel, Leicestershire. After years of intensive rehabilitation, her family shared in 2023 that Angel had spoken her first word and begun taking assisted steps.
