Store Just had the worst experience at @Wendys store #2512. Dried out chicken nuggets with wet batter, and the drive-thru cashier forgot my drink but insisted the straw was in the bag (it wasn't). Took the nuggets inside, and the cashier knew they were bad but didn’t even apologize. Refused the replacement and left. Wendy's used to be my favorite for quality, but I guess @BurgerKing will be my new go-to. So disappointed. #WendysFail #CustomerServiceMatters
