@LindsayBbent @crudofski @The_MRC Surely the definition of a Researcher Co-I means they are contract-based and don't have the luxury of a secure position? How are they not supposed to consider other options? What are they expecting them to do exactly?

@crudofski @The_MRC I was on the grant app as Co-I, and now I have nothing to show for my input. I can’t imagine it’s unusual for a Co-I to move during a grant.

A lovely day off… to return to an email telling me I have been removed as Co-Investigator on an @The_MRC grant because I’m an early career researcher that may be moving institutions soon. Is it fair to encourage us to move then penalise us for doing so?!
