This is before the foul. Wilson has a closed fist full of cucurellas shirt then - after - Cucurella pulls that arm back.
How does VAR not even take a look? It took me 1 minute to find this… they have every angle of the interaction in real time.

Harry Wilson grabbed Cucurella first. Idk what the commentators need to do to understand that the arm across and then grabbing cucurellas shirt first is what the players are saying. You shouldn’t be in commentary if you can’t understand the game.
