It's that time of the year again —Giving Season! And with so many options, MUST makes choosing who to give to easy. Our goal by this Giving Tuesday (11/22) is $25,000. And your donations will go directly to supporting music education in schools throughout the Greater Bay Area!

Our musical petting zoo at Kid's Day at the Tech was full of music, learning, and family fun! Need another family event? Join us Oct. 29 from 2-3:30 for a spooky Saturday in Salesforce Park (Main Plaza) with music, mask making, and an early celebration of Día de los Muertos👻🎃

All proceeds benefit the Narada Michael Walden foundation and Rock the CASA charity.

Today, we remember Alden Gilchrist, the founder of MUST and former Choir Director at Calvary Presbyterian Church. Alden passed away in 2014 at 83. Music was central to him, but he also loved his family, his garden, literature, and all that San Francisco offered.

Arts education provides students with lifelong skills like creative problem solving, self-expression and an empathic mind. Make sure all students are getting the education the law promises. Vote Yes on Prop 28 this November! @Create_CA #VoteYeson28 #VoteArtsAndMusic

Thank you @HSBFest! Not only did the festival return to its home in Golden Gate Park, they also donated a portion of all their Out of the Park ticket sales to Music In Schools Today! Thank you for supporting music and arts education — and we can't wait to see you all next year.
