Your emotions and thoughts they generate are literally in the most literal sense NOT you. They are almost in all short sighted, self serving, dopamine focused and fear based. AKA survival driven. Most believe this is them. Thus their behavior is insane. Dont do this.

Your brain doesnt see things as productive/non pro. It optimizes for peak stimulation. It will fight everything else. If you REMOVE the peak stimulants, it goes for the next peak stimulant. If you remove enough, the productive thing becomes the peak stimulant. No will needed.

The problem most people have is they over estimate their will power. The truth is that if you remove all temptations/triggers from your life discipline to get what you want is quite easy. If you keep them it is not.
