A brand new wallet with no history just made a strong move on Polymarket putting almost $9.5k on YES for "Meteora insider trading" at 43¢ and quickly buying 22,000 shares. At the same time, a linked wallet opened a 186k $MET short on Hyperliquid and its already in profit as the odds moved up to 42%. In simple terms : they bet on the event happening and also bet that the token price would fall. Thats either very smart trading or someone who is very confident in what they know. 👀

Investigations found that several accounts connected to the trades were funded using the same Coinbase deposit address and operated through dozens of linked wallets. The trader had an almost perfect record predicting events involving Iran, Venezuela and Nicolas Maduro often placing bets shortly before major developments happened.
