@moh3n_GhN @Google Feed pdf to Gemeni 1.0 Pro, then asm to generate QA synthetic dataset from the pdfs. Then use those synthetic dataset to fine-tune the model. But, if 1.0 Pro can not understand pdfs well enough, ultimately you have to carefully collect data by yourself.

Now, you can fine-tune Gemini 1.0 Pro @Google AI Studio at no cost. Even you can generate synthetic dataset on the same webpage, feed them. Fine-tuned model can be accessed via the same API. This could help lots of researchers and developers!

@drjgutt 3) Walking into every new patient’s room for first contact with the US machine. If you use it fantastic, if not then just put a guided peripheral line before leaving: the nurses will love you and it’s 0.3 RVUs with minimal effort. 4) Share captured images with patients at bedside

@drjgutt Some that I have found helpful 1)Acquiring knowledge about RVUs associated with POCUS examinations and procedures ( assuming one’s in an establishment that rewards high RVU generators) 2) Adding a section for POCUS at the end of PE probably in dot phrase EMR template.
