Van needs washing but you see the faulty paintwork first reported @forduk 2021 under warranty. No worse but NO GOOD! Your DM requests come to nothing, neither the email addresses you send. No response from your dealership either. Blame passed hither thither @Ford SORT IT NOW!

So we bought a brand new van Nov 2020, there is faulty paintwork on the driver's door which we reported & ford have repeatedly ignored our messages. Neither had they reported on it during its routine service. Had it's first MOT today by an independent garage @forduk fix it NOW!

@forduk Resent email and am still having no reply either on twitter, email or phone...🤷🏼

@forduk After two years of waiting for a paintwork issue to be sorted under warranty our patience is now wearing thin. We're now having to resort to social media in hope of a swift resolution. We look forward to your response.

@forduk Hi,as others have said we are not able to direct message you.The problem is with TAKATA AIRBAGS .I've had 3 letters from Ford,even had a message from the Government telling me its an urgent recall however the local ford dealerships say they need to charge me for a courtesy car
