Judging by the reaction of Primo's tier list, it seems like he's very overrated. Before he received his trait ability, he was regarded as one of the worst brawlers in 3v3. After his nerf, stats no longer support him as an OP brawler at high cup or competitive 3v3. #BrawlStars
