I’m absolutely heartbroken & devastated about this news. Why aren’t more people outraged & demanding real change?!!! I beg you, PLEASE support our #ChildhoodCancer Warriors, give a follow, a repost & do whatever you can to get our voices heard. 🙏🏻 From Jake’s Dad: 💔 “Jake passed away a little after midnight on March 18,2026. He was being held in his “mom-mom’s” arms and holding my hand surrounded by a team that made sure he didn’t suffer nor feel any pain. Jake has been wanting to leave this hospital so bad and go home. Now he is home in the Kingdom of Heaven. Jake was too perfect for this world. Don’t say he lost to cancer, he didn’t, he beat it. He left it behind to never hurt him again. I prayed so hard for Jesus to come to his rescue. Even though I’ve attempted to prepare my heart for this, it absolutely wasn’t ready. I do take comfort that Jake will hurt no more, he won’t have to go through any more surgeries, no more diet restrictions, no more medication that makes him sick, no more being isolated from everyone. I know in my heart that if not for the prayers, the mustard seed of faith back in August, we would have lost Jake then. The Holy Spirit came into that room from hearing my cries for help. I got 6 more good months with my son, so do everyone else. Jake didn’t just survive during that time, he thrived. He had tremendous quality of life up until that last two weeks. His mom-mom is of course devestated and inconsolable. His sisters can’t stop crying, his grandparents are so upset. I’m keeping it together to help everyone else when they need comforting, then fall apart somewhere by myself.” ❤️ Jake ❤️
