@MandMDirectHelp Hi, I'd like to return an item but just exchange it for a different size. I've bought a Hermes return label and added my order number. Do I just add a note inside the package asking for the next size up? Thanks

@therankster27 Hi, If you return the trainers to us requesting a size exchange - provided that the requested size is in stock - we will not charge you postage again when posting the replacement item out to you. Henry

@therankster27 Hi, The address label on the invoice can be used at the Post Office to return an order, but the parcel will be charged by size & weight in the normal way. You can also use the returns section of our website to buy a Hermes returns label for £2.99. Thanks, Henry

@MandMDirectHelp just noticed that my sons Uggs have a little hole where the stitching is at the back. He got these just under a year ago for his birthday and they are like new, was wondering what can be done about it ?

@MandMDirectHelp Your customer service is appalling. You have refused to refund my payment for an order that was not received just keep replying to my emails with the same excuses. I am now seeking legal advice to get my money back.
