Life is brutal, but beautiful. After a brutal two years i decided to take the past 8 months to focus on my health. I've dropped from 110kg to 78kg so far. Training six days a week, two to three hours a day mixing resistance weight training and cardio. I have a few marathons planned this year and a boxing event in November for charity. For now, I'm ready to come back to development and to continue building.
