An officer pulls the trigger inside a police station, on an already stockfish tied suspect, not in a chase, but within the very walls meant to uphold the law and we’re still pretending this is one bad egg. LOL A systemic failure if you ask me. A station is a controlled environment with senior officers, If an extrajudicial killing can happen there, in plain sight, then the rot is not just at the bottom, it is entrenched at the top. (INDISCIPLINE) Until senior officers are charged for the misconduct of those under their command, this cycle will not end. Accountability must move upward not just downward. Anything less is endorsement disguised as negligence.

'Spirituality is the only explanation for what he did.' Delta State Police PPRO, Bright Edafe, reacts to the alleged extrajudicial killing of a suspect by an ASP, describing it as a "difficult moment" for the force. #CTVMorningBrief #ExtraJudicialKilling #PoliceBrutality

@iamnasboi How do you give an illiterate school cert holder who is also a drug addict an AK47? Is an AK47 a walking stick? Left for me, the minimum qualification to handle AK47 in the police should be HND/BSC + NYSC. The rest of them should be given sticks and whistles.

We need to raise the standards for who can become a police officer in Nigeria like, the criteria have to be much more stringent. It’s not just about a passion or a connection; it’s about education and proper training.

@centregoals Coming from someone whose spell at Valencia CF was nothing short of a disaster. Not everyone needs to walk away mid-job just to look classy, some actually focus on doing the job properly, something his stint at Valencia clearly lacked.

You keep using the word “bully” what exactly do you mean in this context? Elections in Nigeria aren’t decided by who looks rugged but by public sentiment, credibility, and the current mood of the country. Respectfully, the idea that OBI is too soft ignores why many Nigerians support him in the first place, discipline, restraint, and a break from transactional politics. If we’re being realistic about today’s realities, the easiest candidate to defeat right now is BAT, not because others are Holy, but because of growing public dissatisfaction. Elections aren’t won by fear or bulldozing, they're won by voters who are tired of the same old playbook. So again what exactly do you mean by “bully,” and how does that translate to winning votes?
Ọmọ-Ọba@Lemiija

Agba with all due respect, Obi is a very respectable candidate and we all love him. Saying Tinubu can't defeat him, in my own opinion "if the ADC give their ticket to Obi today, APC will be declared winner before 12noon" that i can assure you. You see,Obi isn't a rugged candidate that can stand Tinubu and APC at the moment. He will be bullied out. He's too soft to stand Tinubu in power. He need to have a good part with Atiku, Atiku is his bulldozer. He first of all need to clinch the Vice Presidential ticket with Atiku first and get close to power. By then APC would have been off the road then he can build on that. APC are praying Obi is given the ticket, that you can take to the bank. The only person they're afraid of is Atiku. They know he understand the game and they can't bully him. He's a lord too in their game. So Atiku/Obi is the only ticket that can compete.Thank you
