@NurminenPT @EurUrolFocus @EauGuidelines Thank you, appreciate this. IPSS has a known minimum important difference for the statistics. The QOL score does not, so it is instead important in the secondary analyses.

@MarcusDrakeUrol @EurUrolFocus @EauGuidelines This is a great study and eye-opening conclusions. Defining successful surgery, you only took account improvement of IPSS score >=3 at 18 mo, why not improvement of IPSS-QoL?

AT LAST, we can accurately advise men likely result of prostate surgery for urinary symptoms. This @EurUrolFocus paper is the UPSTREAM model for how @EauGuidelines clinic tests predict outcome. The algorithm gives patients best chance of improving.
