A cause for celebration 🎉 The vetty lady checked me over late this afternoon. No sign of fluid around my heart or in my abdomen and heart beat is OK. Coming off meds at the weekend but still have to take things easy. Thanks for all the good wishes pals 🐾🙏🐾

@moggymainecoon @steelygreyste Ah bless! Our last cat Alfie adored cheese of any variety. And yes, it will take time. The last couple of days have been tough but as we got Mario’s ashes back yesterday, our son also went back to Uni and the house is extra quiet. The two together has hit a little hard.

Mum was caught short yesterday when she had an FB memory of our predecessor Phil from 8 years ago - just a week before he died 😿 He loved Dairylea, as you can see in pic 2. I can’t see the attraction, myself!

@MarioBT12 @Riley_roo888 Sending love and hugs. I've decided that when we move I will buy a small display box to for the memory paw prints and fur clippings that we have for both Lily and Penny. I have two lovely photo frames to put a photo of each of them in. Xxx

Happy tears! @BabsVk took the photo of George during a boozy lunch (for me anyway 😬) many years ago. On her recent trip, she bought me a gift that was a guaranteed tear jerker. Sums him up perfectly - “WOT?” from the comfort of the wheelchair I should be sat in 😂
