It's a shame that #Instacart does not have a more user friendly customer service security SOP. Sending a photo of a credit card and drivers license is so cumbersome. No other company I work with uses that approach.

It implies society "forces" women into certain professions. But, if women choose certain professions, then the numbers reflect how society values those professions. Basketball players and surgeons get paid more than teachers and nurses.
