@georgeboxall22 The British audience has to understand that this isn't specifically directed against English fans... The French policing concept for stadiums is a pain for everyone : even random league games involving rather low numbers of away fans are treated with extreme severity

Completely condemn once again the treatment of Newcastle supporters by incompetent and heavy-handed CRS officers. Brighton fans experienced the same in 2023 and it needs to be addressed.
It even lead to this bizarre situation where a Toon supporter ended up in the home end…

Like legitimately was lord of the flies. They just penned you in and hit you. Like it was so tight I felt I was at a Travis Scott concert. Eventually I pulled to the back of the crowd and I dashed through a side door and then got trapped in the home end. I met the youth team too.

@CommeElleVient1 D'ailleurs sur ce point je me demande (même si je n'ai aucun moyen de le vérifier) si l'insistance du club de se retrouver avec une balance des transferts positives en début de saison ne s'explique pas par ce besoin de cash pour gérer les affaires courantes.

@CommeElleVient1 ... de la comptabilité plus quotidienne, le besoin de fonds de roulement etc. On a d'habitude du cash via les droits TV en début de saison qui te permet d'assumer les frais les salaires, de te projeter jusqu'à la fin de saison. Et là ça manque et c'est une nouvelle donne.
