You either have no idea how government works or you are banking on an uneducated electorate. The Republican congress passed a clean CR. The Senate Democrats including Senators Klobuchar and Smith have voted down the clean CR 11 times. Perhaps give them a call and stop acting like an adolescent on the internet.
