@MeFriis @MSDYN365BC Having more real time tenant specific insights or a metric on other users in their region experiencing the same would be helpful.

@MeFriis @MSDYN365BC Our biggest issue for our customers that could be solved is general service interruptions. The M365 service health dashboards are not accurate for the users specific tenant and this causes them to submit cases to us which turn out to just be a “blip” in availability.

Who has used Oauth for the authentication type for the Http Connector? I'm thinking a header. I can't seem to find anything to reference yet.

@srenders @duichwer Yes, our problem is that for the PBI reports where we want total sales for a day the customer wants total purchase, total backlogged, total transferred etc. So the PowerQuery merge performance is horrendous.

#bcalhelp What is the best practice method to expose both open and posted sales order line quantities & amounts to PowerBI / external reporting tools? Are there OOTB queries / APIs for this?

@duichwer Yes, but looking for a standard API that has both open and invoiced lines without having to merge outside of BC.
