@Foxie_GG That’s why communication within a team is so important, because it allows these things to be identified.. face to face meetings where the player can say what he thinks..

@Foxie_GG I think that in the end, identifying these things is difficult for anyone. But in my opinion, being a former player in is an advantage (Maybe some people don't think like this). They’ve worn those shoes many times and have likely gone through those situations themselves

@Foxie_GG A good piece of advice someone once gave me was: a coach has to bring whatever the team is lacking. Building players’ confidence, helping them realize when their behavior isn’t the best, and guiding the team in the right direction

@Foxie_GG I think in the end many coaches focus on building structure inside the game. But for me, the most important part is everything that happens outside of it. Most of them have never been in a professional environment and don’t know how to manage many situations. 1/2
