@timgortonz I walked down to the paddock and asked Sally one of my old mates what she reckoned. She’s been in the herd since I started 2013. She’s seen a thing or two in her time and she’s still happy and up for a smooch. The herd is the calmest and happiest I’ve seen.

@timgortonz It’s delivered value beyond cost already (and I’d say we’re only 80% there). More grass harvested, less hours (take about 3-4 hrs out of day in summer with cows on crops), a couple of % points off MT rate, and lameness gone through the floor and mastitis is down.

@timgortonz Hey Gorto. Good to catch up at DIAs and well done to CM for the gong. We’ve had Halter since June. Farmers will use in different ways. We targeted greater grass harvest, better use of teams time, mating and animal health. We’ll review full season data and get a couple seasons.
