From this day on, I am officially retiring from esports. What once was just a dream became reality. I will never regret any of it, it shaped me into the person I am today. Thanks to every teammate and organization I had the honor to play with. A huge thanks as well to everyone who supported me throughout all these years. Competing would have been boring without you. Waking up and seeing people stand by me through hardships and good times gave me the motivation to keep going, no matter what. Eternally grateful. 🙏

Gehalt Ja ich bin/werde sehr glücklich mit dem Gehalt... In meinem früheren Beruf habe ich ein Vielfaches verdient und hätte mit der Rente nach meinem Unfall mit Zulage der Versicherung sogar mehr Geld als die letzten Jahre ubd jetzt im Esport Aber weißt Du was- wenn man liebt was man tut spielt Geld keine Rolle solange man genug zum Leben hat Um die Einstellung zu haben muss man es aber aus Leidenschaft machen und nicht wegen Statussymbol oder anderen fragwürdigen Gründen Jobverlust / CL wurde nicht fortgeführt Hängt beides quasi miteinander zusammen-> Freaks 4U Gaming in Insolvenz und schon länger in Problemen Der Umstand dass ich nach einem Looking for Job Post Mitte September zig Gespräche mit TO's / Orgas etc. hatte weil diese auf mich zukamen und nahtlos einen neuen Job in der kleinen Bubble Esport in der alle wissen wer/was/wo/wie macht bekommen habe sagt alles über meine Arbeit und Qualitäten aus Und wenn selbst einer der Chefs Deinen Post incl. Empfehlung repostet erübrigt sich jede Diskussion zu meiner Arbeit Also auch hier mal wieder absolute Unkenntnis und Überheblichkeit Deinerseits Generell zeigt das Gespräch wie tief wir im Bodensatz stecken bei Dir - denke das öffnet dann auch einigen ein wenig die Augen Und zum abschließenden noch: Da Du ja so auf Orga in der CL gehst: Welchen Beitrsg hattest Du jetzt genau beim sportlichen Erfolg des Lineups? Wenn die sich nicht reingespielt hätten wärst Du auch nicht in der CL...Dass also so als "Ich bin ja wer" rauszukegeln - weiß ich nicht... Aber wie gesagt ich denke es wird sich von ganz alleine mit Dir erledigen weil Du kein Lineup mehr bekommen wirst - mal ganz davon ab dass ihr jetzt schon den Ruf habt versprochene Leistungen nicht zu erbringen Aber natürlich alles nur böswillige Gerüchte

@bubu_VLR Die Zusammenlegung der Ligen wird der Tier 2 Szene helfen. Aber wie will man die Interesse der DACH Community für EMEA VCL wecken? Jede Region sollte die Teams stellen mit einer (3/5) Repräsentation. Dadurch wird jede Region langfristig mit eigenen Talenten gefördert.

@MatrixxAPEX In einer der diskussionen in der north east bubble hatte jemand spekuliert dass es ein „soft launch“ der changes für 2027 ist, wo möglicherweise nur noch eine große challengers emea existieren wird. Wie gesagt, pure spekulation. Aber denkbar.

Warum die 𝙇𝙏𝙍 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨 in den Challengers eine Katastrophe für die Förderung deutscher Talente ist und was Franz Wagner und Dennis Schröder damit zu tun haben - ein Thread 🧵

VALORANT is the only place where you can IGL your team straight into a relegation (nearly twice) and still get picked up by a Tier 1 team to lead a academy team. There are handful of really good IGLs around with great experience and somehow this is the only option you go with.🤣 congrats to the young players but a big ??? for this IGL pick
