When I was in England last summer the mechanic working on our narrow boat thought we were Americans. I politely said we were “Americans” but Canadian citizens not US citizens. First off, I’m sorry for your loss. BUT…….its not Canada’s fault for your cousin choosing MAID. MAID is an option that is used for people who are terminal. It’s not my business what was wrong with him, but it was his choice, a choice he was allowed to make.
