[CASE STUDY] I have something that I need to tell you… I just finished my biggest client project of all time. 9 months of crafting the perfect solution. And 3 systems that helped my client in various ways. You can check out full case study here: matthewnoti0n.notion.site/Renzy-14afc020… But here’s TLDR: Renzy came to me with one big problem. Moving everything to Notion for his personal training business. While also teaching teaching him Notion to use and make changes by himself. We built 3 systems from scratch: 🔹Workout System (the biggest one) 🔹Personal System 🔹Company’s Homepage While the others two are also significant, I’ll focus mainly on the Workout System. 3 basic principles were established: 🔹Improved communication & collaboration with his clients 🔹Ability to take more people for personal training 🔹Scalability Going back and forth with trial & error. We created a system that met all three criteria. A system that can be managed in one place and be easily scalable form his side. And on the other hand part of the system that can be shared with his clients (reusable, but personal). With this system Renzy was able to at least 3x his client capacity. While delivering even better results for his clients than before. Also with increasing client retention rate a lot. And going from taking 1-2 new leads a month to taking 3-4 leads per week. Increased sales rate because Renzy shows a sample of a system to a client and closes them more successfully. It was by far the biggest project that I’ve done. And I also learned so much from it (especially sharing in Notion). Here’s what Renzy was said about our collaboration: Also briefly about two other systems: Personal - system where he plans and tracks his projects, tasks, form his ideas and use them to organize his life and work. Homepage - one page for his leads and clients with all things in one place (like offer, about, resources etc.) Each piece made his life and business so much easier and more managable. That’s a wrap! Thank you so much for reading it. Struggle with Notion or want a custom system in Notion for yourself? How I earned my first dollar here on X. It was back in June 2023. Made a solution for myself. Notion template: Gym OS. For tracking everything associated with the gym. Built it in public. Packaged and listed it on Gumroad. And after one day I got my first sale. You don’t need to overcomplicate it.

You don't need to organize everything straight away. And build “perfect” Notion workspace Start with one operation. The most important one. Move it to Notion. And start using it. Then another one. The same way. It will take some time, but the result will be clear. Systems for your operations that are in one place and grow as you grow. One step at a time. With purpose.

Instead of trying to trick your audience into believing you, share more stories. You’ll connect deeper, and beat the competition relying on cheap hacks to get noticed.

Most agency scaling advice defaults to "hire more people." But the bottleneck is almost never headcount [it's process.] Fix the system first. Hire only when the system breaks.

“I’ll do it tomorrow” The most used sentence in human history. I’ll post content tomorrow I’ll send an email to my list tomorrow I’ll DM 20 of my ideal clients tomorrow I’ll go to the gym tomorrow. Tomorrow doesn’t exist. Today is what matters most.

Obsessed people don't want 4-hour work days. They just want to eat, sleep, train, and work. Their mission doesn't feel like work. It feels like meaningful play.

AI just made 99% of information worthless. There are two types of creators now: Those who provide information. And those who shape how people think. Content Creators vs Culture Creators. Content creators get views. Culture creators own minds. Content Creators have followers. Culture Creators have disciples. Content Creators want more likes. Culture Creators want more impact. Content Creators post their life. Culture Creators delegate a way of life. Content Creators copy templates. Culture Creators create a values system. Content Creators build an audience. Culture Creators build a philosophy. Content Creators are forgettable. Culture Creators are irreplaceable. That's why creators aren't immune from AI. They're the first on the chopping block. The algorithm won't save you. Influencing culture will. Because the #1 thing people will always need is someone to show them how to live. That's a Culture Creator. In a world of AI, 2026 belongs to them.

How to build a profitable personal brand with zero followers: - solve your own problem - create content around it - steal winning formats (like this) - show hard proof - make friends with other creators - craft an offer which solves problem - show it to 100 people - sell 3 people - don't stop It ain't that deep. Just start.

I’m 27. If you’re 16–27, listen. Start creating content. Write or record every day. Build a brand people trust. Solve your own problems. Then help others to solve their problems. That’s how you get freedom.

Quick Notion Tip: Display items in databases based on a property. Instead of adding new view for every choice in a property. Use filter to dynamically change display of items based on a property. Especially useful when you have many choices in select, multi-select or relation. Just check for the option to see the filtered items. And then uncheck to see all items again. Where would you use this in your system?

Disorganized operations lead to poor decisions. Poor decisions lead to misplaced actions or no action. And these actions have a direct impact on your success. Fix the foundation first.

My Notion setup easily saves me 10-15 hours every week. How do I calculate it? I simply take all the operations I manage through it. Whether it's life or business one. And see how it would be done without my systems. How much time it would take me. And this is the combined result from all of them. Never underestimate the power of purposeful Notion systems.
