Today I had the opportunity to present my PhD work at the #APMC13 conference in Brisbane, where I talked about my approach to automate image analysis of goblet cells. 🔬🎨

What a great first day to #APMC13! I also had the privilege as the @AustralianMMS student rep to organise a dinner with the AMMS PhD students.

Gut analysis toolbox (GAT) is out! Its based in Fiji & aims to automate image analysis tasks in gut neuroscience.Using AI models you can segment neurons. We use GAT to characterize neuronal distribution & reveal regional differences via spatial analysis @INMLAB
