Since 2010 there have been 12 boys and 12 girls from southwestern indiana selected to the Indiana All Star teams. combined that is 6% out of 408 players. from an area that represents 20% of the state. The talent is here. The rest of the state doesn’t recognize it.

Disappointing and wildly unexpected.

I’m gonna say it..I cannot imagine this happening if she is from the Indy area. 2,000+ points, 1,000+ rebounds, post season runs, committed to play at the division 1 level.. make it make sense. I know it’s a stacked roster this year, but what was the process here??? @indallstars

Considering the 2 other great WBB programs on this list, this is impressive. And every year @BelmontWBB plays a brutal non-conference schedule. Zero surprise they’ve made a seamless transition to @ValleyHoops the last 2 years.

@MauraMuenste Many schools making the move up have tried to get the rule changed. But after their four years, it doesn’t matter to them. And the NCAA has always denied changing the rule! You were a damn good player at Belmont!!
