Yes, first of all, my family and I follow Buddhist teachings, including creating good karma. We truly believe in the reflection of our actions. Therefore, we avoid committing bad deeds and do not have any negative history in our family. As a result, we have not encountered troubles and sometimes feel protected by Buddha. Being human is a blessing that allows us to do many good things. Buddha also taught us to avoid the following five destinies: 1.Avoid Killing Other Living Beings: It is a sin for us. If someone asks why we eat meat, the key point is not to have animals killed specifically for us. Purchasing meat from stores is acceptable when we cannot avoid eating meat. However, if we order butchers to prepare meat for charity events, it is a sin. The donors will incur more sin than the butchers because they are the ones giving the orders. We believe such sins will result in being born with diseases and physical disabilities in the next life etc., 2.Avoid Stealing: Nowadays, social media influences many people, and some scammers try to steal others' money and properties for their own happiness, making others cry and feel sad. It is also a sin. Thieves and scammers in this life will suffer in future lives, experiencing poverty and starvation etc., 3.Avoid Insulting Others’ Children and Spouses: It has a lot of explanation. This includes sleeping with someone before marriage, as it is a sin since the girls are not officially married and so it means that they are still under their parents' protection and men will get that sin.And then, sleeping with another person’s spouse is a sin because it destroys families. Nowadays, many people do not care about this, I want to tell that HIV is a karma disease because it cannot be cured ,right? I feel sad for innocent children and accidental victims through blood from them. I know it is a big problem for nowadays people and their mindset ,both girls and boys will tell that it is freedom of their life choice. We believe that that sins will get many bad things in future life like physical disablities, undefined gender etc., Avoid Lying: While it is difficult to avoid lying completely, lying to destroy someone's life is a sin. However, white lies may be acceptable if they do not harm others. We sometimes need to use white lies to defend ourselves without causing trouble. Avoid Drinking Alcohol and Using Drugs: Consuming alcohol and drugs clouds the mind, making it difficult to distinguish between right and wrong actions. It can also lead to violence, crime, and accidents, which are sins. I know it is difficult for everyone to follow these rules, but as human beings, we have many chances to do good deeds and ensure a better future life. Some may argue that the present is the most important, but we have consciousness and can control our minds. For example, when we eat foods unconsciously,we will face many health problems and eating a lot may get diseases ,right? When we see a hungry person on the street, we can give them food and share our possessions,it is a merit .Guiding people away from wrong paths to right way of life is also a merit. We cannot change everyone's mind, but we try our best and, if they cannot change, we can walk away or neglect them. I am not perfect; I also have greedy to work without harming others, still eat meat and remain bonded to my family that are not good for future life though. I try to do as much good as I can and help if i see someone trouble. I wish to be human again in the next life under Buddha Ariyametteyya. I am not a propagandist or a superstitious person. Everyone is free to believe as they wish. These are some of deed that i try.

The most dirty job in the world is political job. The people who are politicians are the people who make bad deeds a lot more than ordinary civilians.

There are a lot of hypocrites in the world . From that point, we have to face nature disasters these days . They are happy if someone is in trouble and if someone has better life than theirs , they are jealous and make that person trouble . Life is only have one , not spare .

Five Things that Ordinary Humans (Puthujjanā ) Cannot Foresee 1. The realm from which we came into this life We do not know our previous existence—whether we came from the human realm, Gods' realm, or one of the woeful realms etc., 2. The time of our death We cannot foresee the age or moment we will pass away. Death may come suddenly, through illness or accident. 3. The cause of our death Even if we suffer from one disease, we may die from another—or from an unexpected accident. The true cause of death is often unknown until it arrives. 4. The place where our life will end Some may die in the sky (e.g An airplane crash while travelling), in the sea (E.g Shipwreck while travelling) , or far from home. The final place of death is beyond our prediction. 5. The realm we will go to after death Our destination depends on our karma and the state of our mind at the moment of death. Even those who live virtuously may fall into a woeful realm if they die in fear or confusion. Until one becomes a Sotāpanna (stream-enterer), the next destination remains uncertain. When the sunset of life arrives, it is the most helpless and pitiful moment for us. Whether powerful or powerless, rich or poor—none can escape it. No one can protect us and : not parents, children, lovers, or friends. Each must face death alone. No one can save us. The Buddha taught these Dharma related to Padasari. In the world, when death arrives, no parents or children can protect us. At that moment, we stand alone—beyond the reach of worldly support. # Buddhism #mindful

🌺 Seven Slight Forms of Methuna (Sensual Pleasures) In Buddhist teachings, Methunadhamma does not refer solely to physical intimacy between men and women. It also encompasses more Slight forms of sensual engagement that can bind beings to the cycle of rebirth. 1. Ussādana-Peumaddana Applying scented or medicinal oils, bathing, washing, or gently massaging another person. The giver experiences joy and pleasure, this is a slight form of Methuna too. 2. Sannaggaha-Sankilāyana Playful teasing, joking, or affectionate interaction between individuals. The mutual enjoyment and emotional pleasure derived from such exchanges is also a form of Methuna. 3. Cakkhunā Rūpa-Upanijjhāyana Gazing into another’s eyes with delight and attachment. Even without physical contact, the pleasure from visual connection is considered a slight form of Methuna. 4. Sotena Saddam Savanā Pleasure derived from hearing another’s voice( like singing, crying, speaking, or even music etc., ) Though there is no visual contact, the joy from sound is a slight sensual indulgence/ pleasure. 5. Manasā Anussaraṇa Recollection of joyful moments spent with someone—laughing, smiling, and feeling warmth. Nostalgic pleasure from memory is also a form of Methuna. 6. Parassa Sampatti-Pasāda Admiring others’ wealth, lifestyle, or happiness, and desiring to attain similar pleasures “ I want to be rich like them , i want to live like them etc.,”This craving is a slight form of sensual pleasure too. 7. Kusalakamma-Sampatti-Āsā Performing moral deeds with the hope of gaining sensual pleasures in Gods’s realms. The joy from such expectation is also a refined form of Methuna. 🧘‍♂️ Spiritual Reflection Even these slight pleasures can hinder liberation (Nibbāna). The Buddha himself was free from all forms of Methuna. One who abstains from these pleasures and practices complete celibacy is said to follow the path of Brahmacariya—the noble life of purity. #Buddhism

It is difficult to get human life again if a human passed away . Chance 1 in 100,000 . Today more difficult to get human life because many people are committing bad deeds . Today people have chances more for four woeful realms ( hell, animal realm , Petra (ghost ) realm and asurake realm ).

Four Types of Rebirth-Linking Consciousness ( Patisandhi) 1. Opapātika Patisandhi Spontaneous rebirth (without parents)—appearing fully formed in a suitable realm 2. Saṃsedaja Patisandhi Moisture-born—arising from dampness such as decay, plants, or organic material 3.Aṇḍaja Patisandhi Egg-born—developing within an egg laid by a mother 4.Jalābuja (Gabbhaja) Patisandhi Womb-born—arising in the mother's uterus, common in humans and mammals 🌟 1. Opapātika Patisandhi Rebirth takes place spontaneously, without the need for parents. Beings appear fully formed in their respective realms, such as: Devas (gods) Brahmas Beings of the woeful states (hell-beings, petas, ghosts, and asuras) This form of rebirth doesn’t require gestation in a womb. Even the first human beings on Earth are said to have been born this way. Also known as Upapatti Patisandhi. 🌿 2. Saṃsedaja Patisandhi Rebirth from moisture, such as: Trees, flowers, plants Rotten substances, feces, and organic waste Small insects like flies, maggots, and tiny bugs are examples. Beings gradually develop from a minuscule form. 🥚 3. Aṇḍaja Patisandhi Occurs within eggs laid by the mother. Includes chickens, birds, reptiles, snakes, and others. Folklore also mentions dragon-born beings or egg-born humans in ancient legends. 🤰 4. Jalābuja (Gabbhaja) Patisandhi Rebirth that occurs inside the mother’s womb. Found in: Humans Cows, buffaloes, and other mammals Lesser deities, such as Earth-bound or tree-guardian devas Also called Gabbhaṭṭhita Patisandhi, meaning "residing in the womb." Childlike Clarity (First Stage of Pregnancy Consciousness) The first stage of pregnancy consciousness is known as “childlike clarity.” This consciousness arises together with rebirth-linking consciousness and is immediately bound with rupa (material form). These initial rupas are referred to as childlike clarity, and their quantity is extremely subtle—comparable to the tiny drop of oil that remains on a single strand of hair after the hair of a girl from the northern islands is dipped in oil. This childlike clarity is the result of past karma. It does not originate from the father’s sperm or the mother’s ovum. Instead, the parents’ sperm and ovum only serve to support and nourish this karmically-conditioned consciousness. ⸻ The Role of the Parents’ Sperm and Ovum Although childlike clarity is implanted in the mother’s womb due to the force of past karma, the sperm and ovum (semen and blood) from the parents play a crucial supportive role. In this analogy, childlike clarity is like a seed, while the parents’ reproductive substances are like fertile soil, water, and earth that enable the seed to grow. Just as a seed needs the right conditions to sprout, childlike clarity requires the mother’s pure womb and the father’s healthy sperm to implant and develop properly. These conditions also help ensure the birth of a healthy child. ⸻ Appearance of the Consciousness The appearance of this consciousness, likened to a snake-like creature lying in a red-earth burrow, is reddish in color—symbolizing its deep attachment to the physical elements and the karmic energy from which it arises. ⸻ Inherited Appearance and Mindset Children born with childlike clarity that merges with the parents’ sperm and ovum often resemble their parents physically. Their mental tendencies are also influenced by their parents, either through karmic connection or behavioral imitation. Children sometimes mirror their parents’ emotions, speech, and attitudes. Therefore, when a child is born to parents with good minds and virtuous conduct, that child is more likely to develop good character. This is why it is important that both the father and the mother possess wholesome qualities and intentions. #Buddhism #Dharma

The Three Great Plagues or Calamities : There are three kinds of devastating plagues: (1).Dubbhikkhantaraṃ Plague – The plague of famine, starvation (2).Satthantaraṃ Plague – The plague of weapons, arising from war and violence. (3).- Rogantaraṃ Plague – The plague of disease, arising from widespread illness and pandemics. In recent decades, we have been facing all three of these plagues: famine caused by conflict and economic collapse, the spread of warfare across regions, and global pandemics such as COVID-19. #Buddhism #MindfulnessMatters

The Causes of the Five Types of "Missariya" According to the Sulanindeta Pāli, there are five types of myitzariya (envy or resentment): 1- Āvāsa-Missariya – Resentment toward others who come into our territory or space. 2- Kula-Missariya– Resentment when others become friendly with our friends or associates. 3- Lābha-Missariya– Resentment when others receive the same gains or benefits as we do. 4- Yaso-Missariya – Resentment when others gain fame or popularity that we desire only for ourselves. 5- Dhamma-Missariya– Resentment when others share knowledge or teachings that we believe should remain exclusive to us. In essence, there is only one kind of Missariya. It manifests in five forms depending on the mental formations and the material conditions it is associated with. #Dharma #Buddhism

The root of suffering is attachment. Nowadays, people are fighting each other and starting wars. This all stems from the mindset of “self.” My country… My citizens… My family… My house… Everything is mine, mine, mine… This mindset gives rise to greed, which is followed by anger — and then come wars and conflicts. Yet we don’t even truly own our own body or mind. So how can we claim everything as ours? We are just travelers in the cycle of life. When our karma ends, we leave everything behind. The only things we can take with us in this journey are our good deeds and the virtues we practice. # Buddhism

Any gods didn’t create this earth planet and universe. It is created by nature. Nature (like the foods and vegetables plants that we can eat, earth planets and our solar system etc., ) is created by our living things’s karmic actions. It is the phenomenon of “cause and effect / result ) . If a person works, he gets money and success. But a person works a lot, he have a lot of difficulties how much he works , it may be because of his past karmic reactions. When he ends the day of his bad karma , he will get the reward of his work back . Everything are connections. #Buddhism

This language isn’t Turkish and these people aren’t Turkish people either btw… I think Azerbaijani. Yes, we look the way you described and that’s because Turkey is a secular country. Our constitution does not have an official religion and everyone is free to wear what they want. That’s part of living in a secular country. 🤷🏻‍♀️
