@Crass_S Hi Crass! If you are asking about leaving your Dolphin in the pool when not in use, our recommendation is that you don't, but instead, store it somewhere dry until it's ready to use. If you have ANY question about how to get the most from your Dolphin, please let us know.

@MSkid24 Hi Coach! Sorry for not seeing this or responding sooner. However, you heard correct: That cord (part number 99958907-DIY) is not expected to be back in inventory until at least Oct. 5. If you have any additional concerns, please contact our Customer Care team. Thanks!

@MaytronicsUS we own a model T35, it's less than 2 years old, still under warranty, and apparently has a faulty cord. I am being told by our local dealer that I can't get a replacement cord until mid-Oct?
