I spent most of my life training to become a doctor. But even after years of study, I still struggled to regulate my own emotions. My mind was always running. I had never really known silence. Then, almost accidentally, I experienced it. At first, it felt uncomfortable. But the deeper I went, the more I realized something: I was not meant to be controlled by every emotion that appeared inside me. That realization changed my path. I began studying the turbulence of the mind. Not as philosophy. As something practical. Now my work is simple: To help people regulate their emotions, stop being controlled by inner noise, and live with a steadier mind.

Secret weapon in life: the ability to make a decision and not revisit it every 48 hours. Decision fatigue comes from reopening settled questions. Decide once. Move.

Most people don’t need advice first. They need proof they’re not alone. Sometimes hearing, “Me too.” is more powerful than hearing, “Here’s what you should do.”

The biggest lie pain tells us is: “Nobody understands.” Pain isolates. It makes your struggle feel different from everyone else’s. Like nobody has ever felt this confused. This afraid. This uncertain. But that’s what pain does. It convinces you you’re alone when you’re actually standing in one of the most crowded parts of the human experience.

Emotional intelligence is not about avoiding strong reactions. It’s about being less reactive. Reactions are hard to control—they’re rapid and visceral. Responses are easier to delay and modify. A key to emotion regulation is expanding the distance between feelings and actions.

Most people are always mentally one step ahead of where they are. At work, they think about home. At home, they think about tomorrow. Tomorrow, they think about the weekend. That's a dangerous habit. The days you rush through become the years you wish you could get back.

Chase the great. “It is our duty to risk the easy & commonplace for the unique & great. To work towards our full potential in the face of all obstacles, including ourselves. To take responsibility for our life and what we make of it. Ultimately, no matter what we do or say or believe, there will always be a great many who disagree or judge or ridicule or become upset by our decisions. But it is of essential importance that we try as often as possible to ensure that among those people, ourself is not one of them.” — Jean-Paul Sartre.

Books are a miracle. Someone spends thousands of hours thinking about a topic. They compress it into a 5-hour read. You pay next-to-nothing for life-changing ideas. So stop scrolling your goddamn phone and dive into daily reading. The answers are out there.

On X, I notice a pattern: some accounts have posts with very few likes or no comments, and they rarely interact with others. It makes me think about how growth on the platform is not only about posting good content but also about participation. When you engage with others, you become part of the community. People often notice and return that energy over time. It’s less about “supporting everyone” and more about building real connections through interaction. Posting alone can share your voice, but engagement helps your voice reach further and grow stronger. Growth comes from connection, not posting alone today.
