@colinb82699 @EmmaTolkin This is one of those moments that can’t be described, it just has to be experienced. Pure wonder. Despite everything else that’s great (and bleak) about that game, that’s the moment that sticks with me most.

@EmmaTolkin What got me was when Kim said he saw it too. I figured Harry must have been dreaming or hallucinating until Kim confirmed it was in fact real. It literally synced my suspension of disbelief to reality itself. I feel like I would have reacted almost exactly the same in real life.

Finished Disco Elysium. 61.4 hours. The insulindian phasmid is now my best friend. 😌🦗💛 Baffled there wasn’t an achievement for getting Kim to say “milkers” though. Must be a glitch.

@NGrossman81 Two whole weeks? Klein called for Biden to drop out in FEBRUARY and was absolutely blasted for it. He was the first one to say (publicly, prominently) that the emperor has no clothes, and that takes courage.

Ezra Klein was badly wrong. He argued that Dems should get Biden to drop out AND find a way to get around Harris, who Klein didn’t like for reasons, then a contested convention, which he assumed would go smoothly, and just think of the content! Any accolades are a forced retcon.

@hadeejasouffle That said, it might be hard for her to be in the poetry community now. It’s not a group famous for its steadfast support of successful peers. If I had to guess, I’d say that’s what’s changed between her pre and post success writing processes.

@hadeejasouffle Seeing a lot of “she sucks” takes, but I’m more baffled than anything. I genuinely liked her inauguration poem, despite some cringe (just is/justice 😜). But everything since is so spoken-word-open-mic.

@jowrotethis Finally binged the show yesterday (“mixed” reviews put me off), and really liked it. Easily my 2nd favorite SW show. I can see how the “cliffhangers” would be annoying if you’re watching weekly, but it really plays great on a binge. Lol at the blue check army descending on you.
